A big strategic agreement between Pakistan and UAE on cards

In Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), there is a possibility of a free trade agreement. Pakistani Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, while speaking to Geo News in the UAE, revealed that an Emirati delegation will visit Pakistan on September 10th, and through the free trade agreement, trade tariffs will be reduced.
The Pakistani ambassador mentioned that bilateral trade between Pakistan and the UAE has reached up to $11 billion, with a 10% increase in bilateral trade over the past year.
Faisal Niaz Tirmizi also stated that the number of Pakistanis in the United Arab Emirates has reached up to 1.8 million, with an additional 200,000 Pakistanis in the UAE over the past year.
