Indian Military plays havoc upon Muharram procession in Occupied Kashmir with firing and arrests of hundreds

SRINAGAR - The curfew in Occupied Kashmir has been further tightened after clashes between protesters and Indian troops during a procession of Muharram al-Haram in occupied Kashmir.

According to foreign media, a traditional procession of Muharram was passing peacefully when suddenly Indian troops tried to stop the protesters which started clashes with Indian soldiers.

Hundreds of Kashmiris were injured in the clashes while dozens were arrested.

Indian forces also used pallet guns and tear gas to disperse the participants. Indian troops did not allow the procession participants to enter the city.
