Sharjeel Memon blood and DNA samples taken yet again

KARACHI – The authorities took the blood samples of Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) leader and MPA Sharjeel Memon along with his DNA samples for test.
The blood and DNA samples been taken again for re-assessing the result of previous report. Sharjeel Memon’s DNA samples have been sent to Punjab Forensic Science Agency and a local laboratory.
The officials collected Memon’s blood samples at Central Jail Karachi, which would be cross checked with the samples collected earlier. They said the purpose of sending one of the DNA samples to the PFSA was to ensure transparency of the test.
