Supreme Court grants bail to smuggler of explosive material

ISLAMABAD (APP): The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted bail to an accused involved in smuggling of explosive material Faisal Khan against surety bond of Rs 0.1 million.

A division bench of the apex court comprising Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Dost Muhammad Khan heard the case.
During the hearing of the case, the counsel appeared for the accused apprised the court that there was no evidence against his client.
The counsel also informed the court that his client had joined the investigation and cooperatinge with the authorities in this regard.
