Fahad Malik murder case : Raja Arshad granted bail

ISLAMABAD: (APP) The Judicial Magistrate on Thursday accepted bail plea of Raja Arshad, main accused in Barrister Fahad Malik murder case, in arms recovery case against Rs 50,000 surety bond.
The Islamabad Police recovered the weapon from Raja Arshad which was used to kill Barrister Fahad Malik and presented the weapon before Judicial Magistrate Waqas Raja.
The court directed police to send accused to Adiyala jail on 14 days judicial remand.
The court also accepted the bail plea of accused against Rs 50,000 surety bond and remarked that if the accused's name was not nominated in any other FIR then he could be released on bail.
The Islamabad Police told the court that Raja Arshad was arrested in arms recovery case on September 7.
They told that the accused was on physical remand in a case registered under murder and Anti-terrorism charges.
