"Will stand with Hamas till liberation of Jerusalem", Iran comes out open in support of Hamas

Tehran: Iran has congratulated the Palestinian resistance organization Hamas after a fierce attack on the Zionist state of Israel.
According to international news agencies, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's advisor, Rahim Safavi, congratulated the Palestinian resistance fighters for their attack on Israel.
Rahim Safavi stated that they stand with Palestinian and the liberation of the occupied Jerusalem. We congratulate Hamas for their attack on the occupying Zionist state.
On the other hand, Egypt and Turkey have strongly warned against escalating the situation.
The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement urging both parties to show restraint to prevent further endangering civilians.
Meanwhile, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has called on the parties to avoid actions that could lead to escalation, expressing concerns about the potential increase in casualties. He emphasized the historical and religious significance of East Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, stating that any attempts to harm them would be intolerable.
