Police Station in Pakistan attacked by terrorists with rockets and grenades

In Dera Ismail Khan, an attack by terrorists on the Hatala Police Station was thwarted. After a fierce confrontation with the police officers, the terrorists managed to escape. According to sources, an unidentified group of terrorists had earlier attacked the Hatala Police Station in the suburbs of Dera Ismail Khan with rockets and hand grenades, attempting to break the central gate, which the brave police officers present at the station resisted courageously.
According to the police sources, besides hand grenades, around 5 rockets were fired at the Hatala Police Station, causing damage to the main gate and CCTV cameras of the station.
An exchange of fire between the terrorists and the police continued for about an hour, but the police youth forced the terrorists to retreat through effective countermeasures.
Two police officers are reported to be injured in this attack. As soon as the information was received, a large contingent of police, led by senior officers, reached Hatala. It should be noted that the second Hatala Police Station in the Tehsil Kulachi was opened only a few months ago after 1854.
