In his message, he declared India's solidarity with Israel during this challenging period, reaffirming the strong bond between the two nations in the face of adversity.
Russia's foreign ministry issued a statement urging a halt to the ongoing armed hostilities between Israeli and Palestinian forces. The call came in response to a series of attacks initiated by the Palestinian militant group Hamas on Israel.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova emphasized the urgent need for both the Palestinian and Israeli sides to cease hostilities promptly. Furthermore, she urged them to renounce violence, exercise restraint, and seek the assistance of the international community in initiating a negotiation process aimed at achieving a comprehensive, enduring, and much-anticipated peace agreement.
