Ex Police constable held for alleged involvement in street crimes

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad police have arrested a former policeman allegedly involved in street crimes and robberies.
The police spokesman informed here on Sunday that the suspect Farhan Haider Deeshak was arrested along with another suspect Murad Ali Khaskheli in a raid in Heerabad area.
He told that after receiving a tip-off about their presence, the Market and Fort police carried out a joint raid to arrest the suspect.
According to him, Khaskheli and Deeshak were wanted to police in several crimes.
The police recovered looted cash, a motorbike, a pistol, a revolver, bullets and several snatched mobile phones from their possession.
The spokesman said the two were also wanted in the case of police encounters by Fort, Market, Hali Road and B-Section police stations.
