Saints played vital role for promotion of Islam in Sub-continent: President

President Dr. Arif Alvi has said Sufis in sub-continent have played a vital role to spread Islam in the region.
Addressing International Sufi Conference in Multan today, he said eminent Sufi of Multan Bahauddin Zakariya preached inter-faith harmony and he will be remembered for his services to Islam.
The president said character of Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) is a role model for Muslims.
