LAHORE - After TLP now Tehreek e-Labbaik ya Rasool Allah (TLYR) has out forward new demands before Government over Aasia Bibi.
TLYR leader Maulana Ashraf Jalali on Thursday demanded to create joint investigation team (JIT) on issue of Asia Bibi, a Christian woman acquitted of blasphemy charges by Supreme Court of Pakistan.
Jalali further added to place Asia Bibi on Exit Control List (ECL) till the findings of [would-be] JIT.
Earlier, Jalali on Thursday stated that he had information pertaining to involvement of members of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) in pillage and vandalism during sit-ins stage by Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) against acquittal of Asia Bibi in blasphemy case.
The religious scholar was talking to media in Lahore.
Jalali urged government to take legal action against all those involved in making statements against Pakistan Army and Judiciary.
