The Indian Navy launched its fourth Stealth Scorpene-Class attack Submarine, Vela, in Western Mumbai City for Sea trials.
Vela is the fourth of the six Scorpene -class Submarines built as a part of "project-75" of indian navy worth $3.41 billion.
The first of the Submarines in the series Kalvari, was launched in December 2018, while the next two ins Khanderi and Ins Karanj were inducted soon after that and are going through the final stage of test runs in the seas.
