Iran ready for talks with US if it returns to 2015 nuclear deal

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says Tehran is not afraid of negotiations but the United States must first return to the 2015 nuclear deal.
In an address at a meeting of provincial officials in northern city of Rasht, he said the United States must return to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action and make up for its withdrawal from the nuclear agreement before any plan for talks with Iran.
