Head of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Rami Abdel Rahman, said at least seven hundred foreign loyalist militiamen who came from Aleppo have been sent to Ghouta.
The Observatory said three civilians including a child were killed as heavy air strikes were conducted on several key towns in the besieged enclave today.
Meanwhile, the UN Security Council is meeting behind closed doors today to discuss the failed ceaefire truce. APP/ AFP
