Pakistan summons witness in Mumbai Attack to appear before ATC

ISLAMABAD: Indian authorities have been asked by Pakistani government for sending all 24 witnesses of Mumbai attack to Islamabad to appear in ATC for recording their statements.
As per details, a letter was written by Foreign office to Indian government asking to send 24 witnesses to Pakistan to appear in trial court. The statements of all Pakistani witnesses were recorded by trial court now the ball is in India’s court. Prosecution Chief Ch. Azhar said.
Ch. Azhar urged Indian authorities for sending all witnesses to Pakistan saying that Indian should have sent witnesses of Mumbai attack to Pakistani trial court so that the case could have further moved ahead.
Investigation body had been directed by Anti-Terrorism Court to present 24 Indian witnesses in court for recording their statements last month. Probe body had also been ordered to bring back the boats that were allegedly used by Ajmal Kasab and other militants on the grounds.
