ICC bans Yasir Shah for 3 months over drug use




ISLAMABAD: International Cricket Council (ICC) has banned Yasir Shah for 3 months over the use of drugs. Yasir Shah will not be allowed to play cricket till March 27. 

 

As per details, ICC said in its decision that Yasir Shah admitted his mistake of violating the Anti-Doping Code and he used the blood pressure drug by mistake. 

 

ICC expressed its satisfaction over assurance of PCB in this regard and Yasir Shah will be able to play all formats of cricket from March 27. 

 

On the other hand, Yasir Shah assured his fans that he will never make any mistake in future and would remain careful in use of any drug.

 

Yasir Shah was banned by ICC after his doping test declared positive on December 27.
