Lu Kang claimed that issues relating to North Korea’s 4th nuclear test are under discussion and involved countries will solve it moderately.
North Korea launched an earth observation satellite on Sunday and had already informed the international organizations.
South Korea, US and neighboring states claimed that it could be a long range Ballistic missile test which could strike US mainland.
UN Security Council members have already decided to put new sanctions on North Korea after the Ballistic Missile test.
