UAE hands over Pakistan Hamad Siddiqui, main accused of Baldia Town Factory fire
KARACHI: United Arab Emirate (UAE) has handed over MQM leader and main accused in Baldia factory incident Hamad Saddiqui to Pakistan.
According to reports, Pakistan had approached Interpol for arrest of Hamad Saddiqui, who is main accused in Baldia factory fire incident. 

The UAE police had arrested him in October this year from Dubai.
According to reports, Siddiqui has been shifted to Pakistan and is in the custody of intelligence agencies.

In October, Hammad Siddiqui was arrested in Dubai and local authorities had approached the Pakistani Consulate for his extradition.

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) had last year ordered Pakistani authorities to have Siddiqui who is the former in-charge of MQM’s Karachi Tanzeemi Committee arrested through Interpol.
The Ministry of Interior, acting on the court orders, had also issued a red warrant for Siddiqui.

In Dec 2016, another key accused in the Baldia factory fire case, Abdul Rahman alias Bhola, was arrested from Bangkok, Thailand, by the Interpol.
