Will PTI challenge the Supreme Court decision in a review petition?

A landmark decision has been made on the suo moto notice regarding the rejection of the no-confidence motion.
However the suo moto notice has no right of appeal. Therefore, no review appeal can be filed against the decision of the Supreme Court.
As a result, rumors of an appeal by the PTI against the decision have died down.
