Syria: 14 people killed in clashes b/w govt forces & rebels

In Syria, fourteen people were killed in fresh clashes between government forces and the rebels today.
According to Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, eight civilians were killed in air strikes on the rebel-controlled Douma, as government forces resumed their offensive. Six civilians were killed and dozens injured as the rebels from Douma shelled the capital Damascus. APP/AFP
