Pakistan, Tajikistan agree to promote tourism

ISLAMABAD:Pakistan and Tajikistan have agreed to establish a working group to strengthen tourism relations between the two countries.  

This was agreed during a meeting of a delegation of Tajikistan's National Tourism Institute and Pakistan Tourism development Corporation held in Islamabad on Saturday.           

Ambassador of Tajikistan to Pakistan Jononov Sherali was also present in the meeting.

PTDC and Tajikistan's National Tourism Institute also agreed to sign an agreement on cooperation in tourism sector, which will help boosting tourism of both countries.

Managing Director, PTDC Chaudhry Abdul Ghafoor said Pakistan and Tajikistan have long-term brotherly relations  since long.

He said Pakistan is completely safe and secure place for tourists from all over the world.
