Special Protection Unit Punjab first batch passes out

MULTAN (APP)-The passing-out parade of first batch of Special Protection Unit (SPU) was held at Police training institute Multan on Friday in which 822 personnel from 11 districts of Punjab participated.

The training of first batch of SPU has been done on modern lines with focus on security of sensitive installations, CPAC project etc.
Additional IGP Training, Capt. (R) Usman Khattak while addressing as chief guest said that safety of homeland is top priority and responsibility."We should be prepared for it all the time".
He said the SPU force should be prepared to foil all the designs of enemy. He gave prizes for showing outstanding performance.
