China has dismissed the possibility of its talks with the United States and Russia about a new accord to limit nuclear arms.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang told a daily news briefing in Beijing today that China's nuclear forces are at the lowest level of its national security needs and they cannot be compared to those of the United States and Russia.
