Blast kills 2 Afghanistan

KABUL: In Afghanistan, two people were killed and two others wounded in a blast near registration center in northern Baghlan province.
Officials told that one policeman and an employee of the Independent Election Commission (IEC) were killed and an employee of the National Directorate of Security (NDS) and a civilian were wounded in the blast.
No group has claimed responsibility for the blast.
