ISLAMABAD - The 20th martyrdom anniversary of Nishan-i-Haider Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed was observed on Sunday.
In this connection, a function was held at his native town Hundur, Ghizer.
Commandant NLI Regimental Centre Bonji Brigadier Aamir Siddiq was the Chief Guest.
He laid floral wreath at the Mazar and offer fatiha.
A smartly turned out contingent of Pakistan Army presented guard of honor on the occasion.
Addressing the function, he paid glowing tributes to the Lalik Jan who sacrificed his precious life for defending the frontier of motherland and embraced martyrdom in 1999.
A large number of local people and tourists attended the function.
