Pakistani renowned singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan deported by Indian authorities

HYDERABAD: Indian authorities have deported renowned Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan over the visa issues.
As per details, Rahat arrived at Hyderabad airport in India to participate in New Year’s events but he was stopped to enter in India saying that there were technical problems in his visa.
After that he had to return back to Dubai from India. Earlier in 2011, Rahat was fined Rs. 1.5 million in India.
Immigration authorities at RGIA stated that as per the rules, Pakistani nationals can’t enter India through Hyderabad as the legal ports of entry by air are only Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.
