CTD Punjab arrests five terrorists from Multan

MULTAN: (APP) Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) claimed to have arrested five alleged terrorists and recovered arms and explosive material from their possession at Mattital area, here on Monday.
Working on a tip-off, a CTD team raided Matital road and encircled five terrorists. The team arrested alleged terrorists namely Roohullah, Hakim Khan, Nasirullah, Zarsaz and another. They allegedly belonged to a banned organization.
The team also recovered arms and five hand grenades from their possession. The hand grenades were diffused by bomb disposal staff.
Police concerned also conducted search operation after arrest of the terrorists. However, the team is also investigating the terrorists, said police sources.
