Babri Masjid martyrdom: Indian Muslims awaiting justice since 24 years

AYODHYA: On December 6, 1992, 24 years ago, Babri Masjid was demolish which erupted the Hindu-Muslim riots in Gujrat. Thousands of Muslims were brutally martyred. Cases were registered against many culprits including notable figures like Kalyan Singh, the then Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shiv Sena-head Bal Thackeray and L. K. Advani. Yet, no judgment has been passed till date on this barbaric attack.
In 1992, a movement for the restoration of Ram Mandir on the site of Babri Masjid was ran by Hindu-extremists parties, mainly Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Led by L. K. Advani, thousands of Hindus marched towards Ayodhya before destructing the Babri Masjid. Hindu extremists claim that Zahir ud Din Babar tore down the birth place of Hindu God Ram and constructed a Mosque named Babri Masjid in its place. Meanwhile, there is an absence of evidence for such discourse in the past.
