NAB orders enquiry against PML N Punjab Minister Rana Mashud over corruption charges

LAHORE: NAB has decided to hold enquiry against Punjab Minister Rana Mashhud over corruption charges in Punjab Youth Festival. The decision was taken by NAB Executive Board. As per details, NAB Chairman Qamar Zaman Chaudhry chaired a meeting of NAB Executive Board. The Board also gave approval to investigate against former PM Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and several Bureaucrats. NAB ordered to start investigation due to alleged involvement of Rana Mashhud in a Rs. 20 billion scam related to a youth festival held last year. NAB also decided to expand the circle of investigation against him. Punjab NAB has taken all the records from sports board in its custody to further investigation.
