Four killed in explosion in Afghanistan's province Herat

In Afghanistan, four people have been killed and thirty others injured in a motorcycle bomb explosion in Herat province.
The provincial public health director said the explosion occurred after an Improvised Explosive Device attached onto a motorcycle parked at the side of a road in Hajji Abbass neighborhood was detonated.
No group has claimed responsibility so far.
