PTI candidate from NA 245 Karachi "Amjad Khan" withdraws in favour of MQM

KARACHI: While deciding to withdraw in favour of MQM from NA-245 by-election, PTI candidate Amjad Khan announced to join MQM here at Wednesday night.
While addressing a press conference flanked by MQM Rabita Committee members at Nine Zero Amjad said that it was his own decision and no one forced him to take this decision.
Amjad Khan added that MQM is representative of poor and middle class people that’s why he decided to join MQM.
While giving the reason of his withdrawal, Amjad stated that he was neglected by PTI chairman Imran Khan while even Imran did not contact with him and leave him alone for the elections.
He further claimed that PTI did not provide any fund and cooperation for election campaign. Imran does not know anything about politics, he should take interest in welfare works instead of handling a
party.
