In another setback to PTI, multiple leaders switch allegiances to rival parties

Following the federal government, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has also experienced a major setback in Kashmir, as local leaders have left PTI to join the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).

A significant number of leaders from PTI and other parties joined the PPP in an event held in Islamabad. In this event, leaders such as Chaudhry Yasin, former President Sardar Yaqoob, and Sardar Anayatullah Arif became part of the PPP leadership. Other leaders, including Sardar Jameel Akhtar, Dr. Riasat, Sardar Zubair, and Sardar Hafeez, also announced their inclusion in the PPP.

Chaudhry Yasin and Sardar Yaqoob stated that the issue of Kashmir has suffered the most damage under the leadership of PTI Chairman, which has caused them great disappointment.
