ISLAMABAD - Serious reports over former President Asif Ali Zardari’s health in PIMS hospital Islamabad. Former President Asif Zardari’s health worsened on Wednesday. The medical board has expressed concerns over Zardari’s health.
As per details garnered, Co-Chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Asif Zardari’s health worsened here in PIMS hospital, Islamabad whereas PPP has written a letter to jail officials to constitute private medical board for the treatment of Asif Zardari. On the other hand PPP leader Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar has mentioned that Asif Zardari’s treatment is not merely a relief but his legal right.
Meanwhile spokesperson of Sindh government Murtaza Wahab has said that rule of law should be followed.
It is pertinent to mention here that The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had arrested Zardari on June 10 after cancellation of his pre-arrest bail by the Islamabad High Court in the fake bank accounts case. On Aug 16, the court had sent the former president to Adiala jail on judicial remand.
