Japan to freeze assets of 35 N. Korean groups, individuals: Abe

Tokyo: Japan will freeze the assets of North Korean groups and individuals as a new sanction, Prime Minster Shinzo Abe said Monday in a joint press conference with US President Donald Trump.

"We will decide tomorrow to freeze the assets of 35 organisations and individuals" as an additional sanction to resolve the issues of abductions and Pyongyang's nuclear and missile development, he said.
