India is involved in committing massive, systemic and brazen human rights violations under the patronage of Modi-led Fascist regime.
A fresh report released by Asia Watch and Physicians for Human Rights has documented rape cases as source of disrespect to international laws and norms, and fast emerging threats to regional peace and stability.
The report said that with the phenomenal rise of the RSS-led fascist movement in India and the consolidation of political power by the RSS-affiliated BJP, Kashmiri Muslims are been facing the worst situation in the valley.
Meanwhile, senior Kashmiri leadership have demanded of the international community to take notice of blatant Indian human rights abuses and fulfil promises made to people of Kashmir through various UNSC resolutions.
