PNCA to preserve over 5,000 Pakistani films

ISLAMABAD:Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) Film Club is planning to preserve over 5,000 Pakistani films produced by film-makers and producers in last 70 years.
Senior official of PNCA Film Club Aijaz Gul told APP that PNCA is making efforts to collect and preserve all the films produced since Independence. He said that the history of Pakistan film industry was extremely rich. He said that preservation will help the younger generation to learn about our past films.APP/AFP
