Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi says the economic diplomacy initiated by the PTI government is yielding positive results.
Talking to Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan in Islamabad on Friday, he said Pakistan is a multi-cultural society.
The Minister said Pakistan has a great potential of tourism, and the media needs to promote tourism in the country.
He said the media has an important role to project positive image of the country in the world.
Government making serious efforts to bring country out of economic crisis: Qureshi
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi says the PTI government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, is making serious efforts to bring the country out of economic crisis.
Talking to President PILDAT Ahmed Bilal Mehboob in Islamabad today (Friday), he said the government is pursuing economic diplomacy to promote investment in the country, which is bringing out positive results.
Speaking on the occasion, Ahmed Bilal Mehboob said evaluation of the performance of ministers by Prime Minister Imran Khan is a welcome step by the government.
He said previous governments had been making such statements, but the PTI government is the first one that took practical step toward this direction.
