Moulana Abdul Aziz may be booked for uploading video against ISI on his Facebook page

ISLAMABAD: A petition was filed in Islamabad Session Court to register FIR against Moulana Abdul Aziz for uploading controversial video against ISI on his Facebook page.
As per details, the petition was filed by representative of civil society in Islamabad Session Court. The petitioner took plea that a hatred video was shared by Moulana Abdul Aziz against ISI on his Jamia Hafsa faecbook page and the aim of the video is to spread hatred on sectarianism bases against ISI.
The petitioner further added that he requested police to file FIR against Moulana Abdul Aziz but police did not take any action so he requested court to issue order in this regard.
Additional Session Judge Raja Asif issued notice to Abpara Police Station SHO and ordered to submit answer till February 11 in this regard.
