Eradication of polio govt’s top priority: Zubair

Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair has said that eradication of crippling disease of polio is a priority of the government and preventive measures are being undertaken in this regard.
Talking to the President of the Rotary Club International, Ian HS Riseley in Karachi , he said that awareness can be fostered among the masses through education and as such promotion of education is also the priority of the government.
The Governor lauded the cooperation of the Rotary Club International towards efforts of Pakistan for the elimination of polio.
Zubair said that creating awareness among the people is of immense significance and that this should continue on a regular basis.
