15 PML-N Lawmakers to resign: Pir Sialvi

SARGODHA: Pir Hameeduddin Sialvi announced his dissociation with the government and ruling party, PML-N, on Wednesday after claiming that 15 lawmakers of the party were with him.

Addressing a news conference, Pir Hameeduddin Sialvi, the custodian of Dargah Sial Shareef, announced his decision to dissociate with the ruling party PML-N.

“We will not grant the government further time to make Rana Sanaullah resign,” he said.

Sialvi said that a Khatam-e-Nabuwwat Convention would be held on December 10, Sunday at Dhobi Gath, Faisalabad.

“I have the support of 15 lawmakers from PML-N who will all announce their resignations,” he said. “MNAs, MPAs and Senators will resign on December 10.”

The spiritual leader also announced that in the next elections, he would not support Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
