An online petition has been launched in Australia on human rights abuses by Indian occupation forces in the illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Its aim is to invite the attention of Australian parliament towards the massive human rights violations in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, and to urge it to take up the issue with Indian government.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the petition seeks maximum signing before its closing date today to officially take up the matter in Australian parliament.
The petition deplores that millions of Kashmiris are suffering on daily basis while the Australian government does not raise its voice and put pressure on the Indian government over human rights abuses.
The petition urges Australia to call on India to uphold the UN Security Council resolutions on the issue of Jammu and Kashmir.
