Pakistan Afghanistan take vital decisions over peace process

KABUL - Pakistan and Afghanistan have agreed on achieving the common aim of regional security through connectivity. The understanding came during delegation level talks between Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in Kabul today. The Afghan President welcomed the Prime Minister and members of Pakistan delegation.

The Prime Minister thanked the Afghan President for the warm hospitality and extended an invitation to President Ghani to visit Pakistan at his earliest convenience.

Earlier, the Prime Minister was greeted by President Ashraf Ghani when he arrived at Presidential Palace.

Prime Minster is accompanied by Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal, National Security Adviser Nasser Janjua and Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Iqbal Zafar Jhagra.
