KABUL – Afghan President Ashraf Ghani says no peace deal between Talibanand the United States could be finalized without involving his governmentas the decision-maker.
In an interview in Kabul, he said no power in the country can dissolve thegovernment.
He also expressed readiness to stand and defend country.
