$3 billion projects approved for Pakistan
Project of 3 billion dollars has been approved for the rehabilitation of flood-affected areas.
According to the details, the Ministry of Planning has approved projects worth 3 billion dollars for the rehabilitation of flood-affected areas. A total of 21 development projects have been approved under the supervision of the CDWP.
The projects are ongoing successfully in various provinces of Pakistan, especially in Sindh and Balochistan.
The Ministry of Planning states that last year, more than 30 million citizens were affected by floods, resulting in an economic loss of 30 billion dollars to Pakistan.
Pakistan has also received promises of 10 billion dollars in aid at the Geneva Convention, and a steering committee is working on the implementation of these projects.
