President urges need to provide better health and education facilities

President Dr. Arif Alvi says Pakistan's constitution and laws are good in every way but there is need to implement these in a proper and disciplined manner.
Addressing the launching ceremony of health report of National Commission on Human Rights in Karachi today, he said elaborate steps are needed to increase capability of various departments to ensure implementation of the laws.
The President said better education and healthcare opportunities can get the poverty level down in the country.
He expressed hope the government would achieve this goal as the economy grows stronger with the passage of time.
