Efforts being made to put economy on growth trajectory: Planning Minister

Planning Minister Khusro Bakhtyar says government is making all out efforts to put the economy on growth trajectory.
He was chairing a meeting to review the next financial year's Public Sector Development Program in Islamabad today.
The Planning Minister said that next public sector development programme will contain practical and realistic development targets, which could be achieved in a given timeframe.
Khusro Bakhtiar said less developed regions will be given priority in next development programme.
The Minister said unlike the previous governments that used to present a bloated PSDP for propaganda purposes, development program of this government will be based on factual position given the fiscal space and state of the country's economy.
Various projects related to Punjab, Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AJK & Gilgit-Baltistan were deliberated upon during the meeting.
