Ninety four percent construction work of OLMT completed

Punjab Finance Minister Makhdoom Hashim Jawan Bakht chaired second meeting of the CPEC Task Force in Lahore today.
The task force was constituted by the Chief Minister of the Punjab for ascertaining initial measures regarding the China Pakistan Economic Corridor.
The meeting was informed that the ninety four percent construction work has been completed on the Lahore Orange Line Metro train project while remaining work will be completed this year.
During the meeting, the MD Punjab Small Industries Corporation told the meeting that the work is underway on the establishment of the state-of-the-art Allama Iqbal Industrial City in Faisalabad.
He also apprised that process of the formation of the Punjab Skill Development Authority is in progress for imparting vocational training to over two million youth of the province.
