In Syria, Russia has resumed its air-strikes against insurgents in southwest of the country after failure of talks to restore government rule.
According to Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the air strikes targeted the towns of Tafas and Saida in provincial capital Deraa.
A rebel spokesman said the talks in Bosra al-Sham have failed because of insistence on handing over heavy weapons.
The fighting in southwest Syria has caused an estimated 270,000 people to flee their homes.
