Babri Masjid dispute: Indian SC declines urgent hearing plea

NEW DELHI: Indian Supreme Court today declined to list a petition filed by Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy in the Babri Masjid dispute for urgent hearing.
According to Press Trust of India, the bench asked the petitioner to mention the matter later on.
Swamy, however, contended that "later on" was subjective and said he would mention his plea in the top court after 15 days.
