Afghanistan: Taliban attack on military base kills 5 soldiers

KABUL: Five Afghan soldiers were killed when Taliban stormed a temporary military base in Shirin Tagab district of the northern Faryab province today.
Deputy to Provincial Council, Sibghatullah Silab confirmed the incident while Taliban claimed to have killed eight soldiers in the attack.
